The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Own and update Base Engines department organisation chart. Raise all departmental Purchase Orders in SAP (e.g. Purchase Services / ED&T) - Own travel budget process: a) Update Travel tracker b)support engineers through travel process c) book business travel (Flights, Hotels etc.) for the whole department. Support ED&T (Engineering, Design and Test) process by updating ED&T database with information given by Design department. Own Overtime budget tracking: a) tracking of Overtime for the Base Engines department b) monthly submission of Overtime actuals to the Business Planning c)create monthly report on Overtime expenditure. Own Starters / Leavers tracking for the department a) biweekly report on number of leavers / starters b) tracking of recruitment progress and advertised positions. Taking Minutes in Programme and Senior Management meetings - any additional tasks commensurate along with the budget administration role.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess the following skill set : Education or experience and successful track record of work in a similar or related role (e.g. Budget Planning / Financial Planning / Personal Assistant etc.) Very high level of working self- initiated. Very good ability to 'multi-task' and manage own work plan to ensure target deadlines for budget inputs are met. Experience of management report collation. Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written. High level of numeracy. IT literate (MS office suite), experience of manipulating complex spread sheets in Excel. Preferably automotive / engines background or affinity. Minimum good GCSE passes in Mathematics and English language.
