The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Operationally responsible for the delivery of finished vehicles across our European sales network. Ensuring that our product is delivered to its final destinations within agreed lead times and service levels using our network of shippers and carriers. This will require the routine monitoring of product despatched from our plant compounds,ensuring that they are shipped on the next available vessel departing from its UK port of exit. Progressing of Sales Invoices, BOL/Way Bills, Proof Of Export, HRMC Documentation. Updating our OEM Distribution System with individual vehicle status and filing documentation in accordance with our service levels and audit requirements. The co-ordination of product movement through our port of entry compounds will require daily communication with our compound service providers, road carriers and National Sales Companies. Inventory Control, Dealer Callover and Carrier Performance will need to be monitored and reported using a combination of IT systems and manual procedures. Succesfull candidates will be computer literate and proficient in all business systems. Be numerate with good grasp of Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication skills at all levels both verbally and written.Manage priorities, identify issues and solutions using own initiative, coupled with a desire to make a difference and consistently achieve results.Demonstrate a customer focus and good organisational skills. Able to multi task whilst managing changing priorities in a high pressure environment. A self motivated individual with ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. *Ability to communicate in European language(s)*

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Ability to communicate in European language(s). Degree level or equivelent.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Previous experience in Finished Vehicle Logistics
