The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
A technical and report writer to support the operations infrastructure ( Project Controls ) through producing daily , weekly , monthly reports on powerpoint style presentations. Manage and manipulate data to reduce preparation time of report delivery cycle to ensure that reports are delivered on time, accurate and of high quality. Responsibilities Include :
• Actively participate in and encourage IIF
• Provide active support to the project management team
• Manage hardcopy filing system
• Co-ordinate input , prepare and finalise documentation and slide packs for presentation to senior management
• Co-ordinate and clarify feedback from SPM and PM reviews before issuing
• Co-ordinate with other departments and organise major reviews, co-ordination and interface workshops.
• Co-ordinate input , prepare , obtain Project Director infrastructure approval and submit weekly , monthly and other adhoc reports and information requests
• Work to and achieve milestones and deadlines
• Maintain risk register and other departmental documents as required
• Attend meetings , take minutes and then prepare , amend and distribute once signed off
• Preparation and maintenance of timeline

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience in creating technical documentation and deadlines.
• High levels of verbal and written literacy , strong attention to detail , maintain confidentiality , Strong MS office and reporting skills , strong analytical and time management skills.
• Proactive and co-operative, good communicator , able to multitask and work under pressure , strong team player , excellent time management skills.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience in producing quality reports is desirable.
