The Role:
Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and closely works with all IT Functional Teams to ensure a preparation of data for routine and special IT Business Management reports are carried out in the most efficient manner.
• Provide support services to all IT Functional Teams and other related parties both internal departments and external service providers including local and overseas relating to IT contracts management to ensure that IT projects and/or products/services are delivered within timeframe & budget and in compliant with Company’s policy and guidelines.
• Acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between IT Functional Teams (i.e., Infrastructure Services, Technical Computing, Business Computing, Project Architecture and Management and IRM/IM) and Finance for billing invoices from various vendors/suppliers including local, overseas and corporate ITC/ETC with verifying and tracking of all Thailand IT payments in a timely manner.
• Monitors, coordinates, corrects and reports if found any wrong charges from vendors/suppliers and/or internal IT service providers.
• Maintains an efficient filing and retrieval system for all reports, records, correspondence and statistics.
• Consistently performs and ensures high degree of confidentiality in all IT business activities relating to IT Budget, Contract Management, IT Asset and Software License Management, ITC/ETC portfolio, etc.
• Supports IT Business Management team in collecting, organizing, analyzing and reporting project expense/IT vendor data with minimal guidance.
• Operates advanced IT Tools to perform routine and special jobs as assigned by Manager, IT Business Management.
• Prepares and coordinates timetables for routine and special meetings, takes minutes and prepares reports – all planned SQMs, facility meetings, stakeholders both internal and external, etc.
• Assures accuracy and integrity of information services provided.
• Generates and reports IT Assets stock performance on a monthly basis and/or as required by IT Audit purposes both internal and external.
• Provide assistance to all Thailand IT Functional Teams on any gaps found on IT Assets both hardware and software applications license in the sake of Audit purpose.
• Ensures appropriate payment on and software licensing/maintenance acquired with record of evidence.
• Ensures all user data are formatted before disposing/donating.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications (Education, Work Experience, English and Computer Skills)

• Educational Background: IT and/or related fields
• Working Experience: IT in Oil & Gas at least 2-3 years
• Skills: Process-oriented, analytical skills & reporting, teamwork, innovative, 2-way communications skill, customer-oriented, MS-Office Tools (basic & advanced level)
• TOEIC score: 500-600
