The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
- Maintain applicant tracking processes, reporting and documentation Track and document CV screening Faciliate and organise pre-screening with HR/Line Management Faciliate and organise interviews with HR/Line Management - including booking of rooms and preparation of materials Document and track oucomes of resourcing decisions
- Help faciliate assessment centre events, including documenting resourcing decisions, as appropriate Establish base contracts and Day 1 process Assist in development of PD specific induction process Other roles as defined by HR team during duration of the project

Skills Required:
- IT, Excel, administration, organisational, good written & verbal communication skills .

Skills Preferred:
- Ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.

Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a administator,

Experience Preferred:
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and the company processes is beneficial
