The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
To provide administrative support and have ownership of key metrics/reports for Global Test Facilities and Business Planning.
Produce and maintain metric status reports for Business Planning department.
Provide administrative support to GTFP& Logistics department to include raising of orders, tracking and reporting.
Provide support for GTF&BP management inc arranging travel, organising meetings, diary management Adhoc support as required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
3 KEYS SKILLS;
1)Ability to process data and file accordingly with attention to detail.
2)IT literacy to manage e-mail and control record & metric status via EXCEL spreadsheets/charts.
3)Technical administration & record management skills.
Microsoft applications - Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
Company systems - SAP, ITSOFT GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
Ability to process data and file accordingly with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good organisational skills IT literacy to manage e-mail and control record & metric statuses via EXCEL spreadsheets.
