The Role:
Provide technical support for the Asset and Exploration Teams in Aberdeen. Support the team with overall data management and tracking, stewardship and reporting, facilitation of meetings, and presentation preparation. Administration and management of local Document Control Systems will be key to the role. Compilation and distribution of documentation within company and externally to stakeholders (project reports, evaluations, contracts, correspondence, presentations, etc).

• Project place administration of incoming data.
• BCS - administration of internal document management.
• General Filing - QA/QC both electronic and paper.
• Maintain JV correspondence register and archive internal, coventure, regulatory, and other stakeholder (approvals, information requests)
• Deal with ad-hoc queries on Project place and BCS system and liaise with personnel.
• Review daily reports and track operational issues.
• Production tracking, graphing and reporting.
• Update KPI and scorecards.
• Collate information and prepare weekly/ monthly activity report.
• Compile data and prepare PEP/Gate/Peer review documents.
• Produce ad-hoc reports / presentation material as required.
• Update Risk Matrix sheets and procedure. Help compile other procedures or tools.
• Facilitate sessions for Risk Assessments, NAO weekly team meetings, and work planning.
• Maintain Asset Team planning schedule.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Good knowledge and proficiency of standard Microsoft and proprietary software.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Understanding of major activities related to offshore oil operations.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
