The Company:
Our client is a major Oil & Gas operator, active worldwide working to meet the world's growing demand for energy by exploring for oil and natural gas, refining and marketing gasoline, producing chemicals and researching renewable technologies.

The Role:
This position will support all Construction group technical and admin activities. Position will report to the Tank Lead. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience with major oil transportation capital project activities.

Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
• Works with internal document control system.
• Keeps track and processes the incoming and outgoing documentation on Tank Farm construction.
• Keeps track on status of revision and approval of documentation on Tank Farm construction.
• Compose the reports on receiving /submitting, review /approval of the Tank Farm construction documentation.
• Keeps track on the daily/weekly/monthly reports on work status submitted by the Tank Farm Contractor and timely informs the relative to those works persons in construction department.
• Interacts with the Tank Farm Contractor on submitting the documentation and reports on work status.
• Interacts with Document Control representative on updating the status of Tank Farm construction documentation.
• Informs the persons in charge of revision and approval of documentation on Tank Farm construction in a system.
• Provides technical and administrative support to the Tank Farm construction group.
• Provides travel arrangement support.
• English and Russian fluency required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Min 5 years in Oil & Gas international projects.
• Must have document control experience.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interface with colleagues at all levels.
• Must have experience with working in an integrated team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs: MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access, MS Visio
• Basic knowledge of eRoom and MS SharePoint will be very helpful.
• English and Russian fluency required.
