The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
This position supports staff in the Drilling Department, using MS Excel, MS Access, MS Project, MS PowerPoint and WellView to facilitate the storage, querying, reporting and presentation of technical data. The position is also responsible for supporting the management and QC of Drilling data, benchmarking drilling performance, reporting metrics to CIEP (Chevron International Exploration and Production), and developing new spreadsheets and databases as required. Actively participate in OET 11 (Drilling Safety & Environment Planning Group) Activities – including rotational facilitation of meetings and office housekeeping inspections Drilling Data Management: writing ad-hoc database queries on drilling data; quality assurance of data; supporting office and rig-based employees with WellView functionality; training of D&C Staff in DISWin/WellView; support of Landmark EDT applications; analysis of drilling data; and generation, QC and distribution of daily activity and cost reports as required. Create, populate and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, ad hoc reports and databases as required, including the ongoing monitoring of market rig rates, time and cost benchmarking, tracking HSE statistics and Non Productive Time analysis. Create and maintain project schedules and status reports. Lead the collation of the End of Well Reports including input into Time and Cost summaries. Support the D&C Benchmarking and Metrics Champion to Collate and Quality Check data for submission to Global D&C and Rushmore, as well as assisting with drilling and environmental data reporting requirements to Government agencies. Provide assistance and support to Drilling Department staff members with the use of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Project and DISWin (Drilling Information System for Windows)/WellView applications.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Diploma level preferred (not essential)

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
3-5 years experience
High attention to detail, Oracle or Access data base experience, ability to analyse/interpret data, previously industry experience desireable.
