The Role:
Assist in the implementation of the project plans, such as risk and interface management plan, assurance plan, etc.

Facilitate and coordinate meetings and interfaces between functional groups within the company and the project team and between the project team and the project's contractors.

Primary duties include:
a) Maintains and updates the project's registers, which includes the interface registers, lessons learned, etc.
b) Assists and/or leads interface management meetings.
c) Coordinates and communicates with various functional groups within the Company and contractors to facilitate data exchanges and flow of information, including assistance in the resolution of interface issues and problems.
d) Prepares reports and conducts presentations, as necessary.
e) Assist and/or facilitate risk sessions, including the development of various plans, with technical and other functional groups within the project team.

The post holder will require a high level of competence in Microsoft Office packages, SharePoint, communication and organisational skills. The post holder will be expected to manage and prioritise own workload.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
-Technical degree preferred, but not essential
- experience in a project setting or similar
- experience working and liaising with all levels of management within company
- experience working with contractors
- experience in handling technical documents, papers, project deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, organize and prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and deal with regular interruptions
- Ability to deal with sensitive issues and challenging situations
- Ability to facilitate meetings and conduct presentations
