The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Assistant to join a major Oil & Gas Operator, this role will see you work on one of Australia's largest LNG projects to date. On offer is a Perth based, contract position which will run for approximately six months.

50% Support Function(s)
• Provide departmental support for the Project Management team for all LNGP scopes of work.
• Consolidation of Company reporting of weekly MEIC hours for craft, white collar and sub-contractors.
• Develop and maintain various customised performance reports for trend and scenario analysis.
• Provide progress, progress and resource data assembled as directed by the Manager – Performance
• Provide MEIC progress or actual hour records including data validation to maintain alignment to Cost input(s)

45% Reporting
• Technical Support for the Manager – Performance and functional reports as required.
• Extraction and consolidation of planning data for input to table of graphical reports as required.
• Maintain LNGP Performance Dashboards (issued weekly).
• Consolidate approved data, progress and analysis results for inclusion to MEIC external reports

5% Health, Safety, Environment and Quarantine (HSEQ)
• Commits to and champions the development and implementation of a safe working environment for everyone on the project and the continuing establishment of an Incident and Injury Free culture.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• At least five (5) years technical experience supporting a Planning type role.
• Medium to high end user of Primavera software, capable of data extraction/comparison and providing graphical representation of the data.
• Able to develop and maintain complex spreadsheets for the purpose of monitoring site activities using actual hours, comparative data analysis and performance trends.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft suite of packages, expert user of Excel.
• Ability to work within a team environment as well as autonomously.
• Highly self-motivated, methodical in approach to completing tasks, detailed and organised

• Primavera (P6)
• Cobra
