The Role:
Preventive Maintenance Coordinator

The Preventative Maintenance Coordinator develops and delivers excellence throughout the entire Company preventative maintenance program while cultivating team integration and providing world-class support to all operations and maintenance teams across the Company region.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities for this role are as follows: Primary Preventative Maintenance (PM) team point of contact for the development, implementation, and execution of the Preventive Maintenance Program. Manages the security and profile changes for business Subject Matter Experts (SME). Manages Code, pick list and configuration changes in support of changing business practices. Develops and delivers just-in-time PM training and updates to maintenance and operations team leaders at 15 facilities and 21 functional areas. Provides support to Master Equipment List (MEL) administrators as the PM SME. Administrator of standards and guidelines for PM development and execution on behalf of the Reliability and Maintenance Strategy Team Leader. Oversees the business practices for loading and updating the MEL and supporting data attributes. Monitors performance for PM data integrity related to PM standards. Programmatically works to align PM standards and quality with R&M goals related to one committed document of record, standard, and quality for migration of the WMS program. Supports Integrity Management Program elements 4.1 and 5.2. Stewards and develops methods to manage turnover of mass updates to the MEL, PM programs as driven by 4.1 Maintenance Strategy implementations. Defines standards for managing changes to information required under IM. Sets direction and sustains process and technology changes required to support new maintenance strategy requirements. Manages data inconsistency issues as new work is introduced. Maintains master piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) folder to ensure red-lining activity progresses accurately to completion. Gathers, manages, and reports on data in various databases and systems to include: Development of decision support packages, Management of Change (MOC) system, Process Safety Management and Assurance, Integrity management standard, Business delivery and defect elimination, PRIDE system, Condition-based maintenance programs, and Team websites. Communication--Undertake the following organization and communication activities, Develop presentation materials, Organize and conduct meetings, teleconferences, and team events to facilitate production objectives, Coordinate all PM record maintenance activities with managers, team leaders, and SMEs across Company.

ANY OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION: - Fluency in English required; - Local Candidates Preferred.
- Performs the following for 14 facilities and 15 cross-functional groups
- Primary interface between facility/functional planners to enhance PM Program
- Assists in development, implementation, and review of Preventative Maintenance Program
- Ensures cost control measures are rigorous and prevent artificial inflation
- Provides insight/solutions to resource leveling across facility/functional group assets
- Adheres to common maintenance strategy in support of work management/activity planning
- Assists development of Job Plan and resource estimates to streamline mx scheduling criteria
- Provides PM Program insight (at all levels) to maximize proactive maintenance/deliver KPIs
- Facilitate PM alignment to enhance resource leveling and execution efficiency
- Promotes effective mx strategy teamwork/communication across 100+ employees/managers
- Provides leaders PM Program limitations, shortfalls and solutions through reports and analysis
- Integral to GMS implementation, execution, follow-up, and review
- Ensures optimization of programmatic planned maintenance activity planning and execution
- Maintains slope-wide Preventative Maintenance Program database; 650K+ records

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, desired: - Four year University degree; - Extensive knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications; - Experience working with large volumes of data; - experience with Portal G, Maximo and/or CMMS; - Experience in data privacy / confidentiality; Excellent team and interpersonal skills
