The Role:
* SERIP = Surface Equipment Reliability and Integrity Process

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support
• Record / Document Control / Design SERIP posters for process advertizing
• Report generation (TOMC, Scorecard, etc…) or any special requested reports
• Scheduling / coordination of resources for meetings etc…
• Keep Minutes of meetings
• Monitor and track information GoT & Field Maint KPI’s
• Maintain SERIP Home Page & Update SERIP metrics data
• Provide pre-commendations for KPI improvement by seeking data from SME and relevance parties
• Assist in ad-hoc work request and special project assigned by Supervisor in executing various activities.
• Participate in the Maintenance Improvement Team (MIT) to support documents and historical reports in proving field data input and data analysis
• Ensure SERIP staff & contractors comply with Company Compliance requirements for example Computer Based Training
• Perform purchasing tasks in JDE and/or Ariba for SERIP staffs on requested items.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications (Education, Work Experience, English and Computer Skills)

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related fields
• New graduated or 1 experience of working experience in Engineering or related would be advantage.
• Packaging experience for field maintenance would be advantage.
• CMMS experience would be advantage
• Good command of English communication skills.
• Strongly computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint ), MS project , MS Access
• Good understanding of relational database for accurate analysis and clear presentation
• Self-motivated, good relationship and be able to work as a team
• Enthusiasm and willingness to work hard in irregular / long hours
