The Company:
Our client is a Major OIl & Gas Operator

The Role:
Develop high impact operationally focussed documentation such as standards and guidelines, philosophy documents, operations manuals and operations procedures e.g. Operating & SIMOPS Procedures
Manage document control: Issue documents, reports and plans to asset and central stakeholders
Maintain files on source data
Compile reports and coordinate report inputs
Coordinate the Development/Updates of the OE Book
Analyse tracking register for “road blocks” and opportunities for improvement
Edit technical content to a professional standard
People Management

The incumbent must adhere to contract requirements and meet deadlines within the appropriate timeframes

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in compiling technical content, especially operating procedures would be an advantage.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant degree or Technical discipline (e.g. Communications, Business Management or Engineering) or equivalent qualifications in line with Technical requirements of the position
Experienced in philosophy & strategy document development and development of plans & procedures
Experienced in Operations discipline
Intermediate – Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office packages especially Word and Excel
Intermediate skills in other Microsoft tools such as Visio, Power Point and Publisher – desirable
Ability to take ownership for tasks and manage it to completion
Knowledge, Languages, Skills and Attributes
