The Company:

The Role:
The purpose is to execute the daily procurement of all materials (stock/non stock) from simple to complex. The complex procurement would involve strategy development through tendering, award and post award contract support and managing all transaction in SAP while interfacing with internal stake holders & suppliers.

Duties and Accountabilities:
• Spend, cost and market analysis for all types of materials.
• Procurement planning using the current contracts to the maximum and seeking approval for ACV increases jointly with CP Tender holders
• Manage tender or negotiations process.
• Conduct commercial evaluations and support technical evaluations.
• Prepare and present award proposals.
• Post award contract management including Performance Reviews where applicable.
• Manage supplier relationships during delivery.
• Manage the various interfaces between supplier, logistics, warehouse & stake holders
• Process all procurement transactions in SAP following the Requisition to Pay (RTP) principles
• RTP process in compliance with CPPM
• For stock reserved materials, work with inventory analyst to co ordinate the interface with end users, buyers & warehouse for reservations in SAP to process into Purchase Orders.
• Expedite critical orders.
• Manage refurbishment, repair and other related activities for equipments identified during the maintenance schedule.

Key Job Dimension:
A broad range of materials procurement activities for a new world-scale plant, both for operations and for turn-around and projects. Estimated monthly controlled spend of approx 1-2 million USD

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
5 years experience in materials procurement for the oil and gas business

• Excellent English communication skills both verbal & written (contractual).
• Team player able to work and support staff of different backgrounds, experience levels, culture and nationalities.
• Self starter with minimal supervision, able to work independently and drive change for improvement
• Preference for CIPS or similar qualification in progress or completed.
• Basic knowledge of SAP materials management module is essential.
• Microsoft word, excel & power point – skill is mandatory requirement

technical or engineering background with degree in any related discipline.
diploma in engineering discipline with a minimum of 10 yrs procurement related experience in Oil & Gas industry
