The Company:
Our client is a leading oil & gas operator.

The Role:
ACTIVITIES
• Maintain the Department Inspection calendar.
1. Objective.
a) To provide an inspection planning tool so that CPY resources can be assigned to the most critical activities.
2. Duties
a) Register all Notices For Inspections (NFIs) by Vendor / Sub-Vendor / Sub-Sub-Vendor;
b) Record all NFIs’ in a department calendar;
c) Highlight the equipment criticality on the inspection calendar;
d) Check the approval status of all Key Documents associated with each NFI;
e) Liaise with Company / Inspectors and Contractor and update the inspection & expediting register with actual inspection dates;
f) Annotate inspection calendar with the equipment criticality.
g) Issue inspection ‘call off’ to third party inspection agency.
• Maintain a register of all Non Conformities and Quality related issues associated with each Vendor / Sub-Vendor / Sub-Sub-Vendor.
1. Objective
a) To provide visibility on all of the Non Conformities and concerns that have been issued to vendors.
2. Duties
a) Collate all NCRs (issued by CPY/CTR/Vendor) for each PO by main vendor, sub vendor and sub-sub vendor.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Good knowledge of the main QA/QC disciplines.
• Fluent English and Italian, French is a plus;
• Oil & Gas Experience and in Total Project would be a plus;
