The Role:
To provide technical and clerical administration support to the Document Control Department to facilitate the timely and professional achievements of the Departments tasks and objectives.

• To collate, print and distribute Engineering Project and Maintenance packages in accordance with the procedure.
• File all issued documents
• Ensure all used Microfilms are refilled daily.
• To scan and index documents into the DDMS (Drawing Document Management System).
• Chasing and close out of overdue comments, using the Transmittal database.
• To order non stock stationary orders via our Orbit System
• Locate and print drawing as requested
• Responsible for ensure all the Printers or operational. Arranging for an Engineer to call or ensuring IT (Information Technology) is informed (as applicable).
• Order & Disposal of toner Cartridges.
• Ensuring Print room is clean & tidy.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Relevant experience within a similar field.
