The Role:
Provide general administrative assistance & support to the Project Manager, HSE Team Lead and Project personnel.
Contact person for HSE administration issues.
Organise practical arrangements for meetings, appointments, team-buildings and course.
Take minutes from meetings and prepare meeting presentations.
Coordinate input of HSE and project related statistics.
Coordinate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly project reports as required.
Organise offshore trips, helicopter bookings, etc.
Responsible for the reservation of travel, hotels, equipment, services, meetings, courses etc.
Complete certain document control tasks – mainly e-filing.
Issue, receive and register correspondence and technical documentation.
Distribute / forward documentation and coordinate response / input to documentation as required.
Proof reading reports, correspondence and documents.
Occasional letter writing on behalf of the Project Manager and HSE Team Lead.
Working with IT and facilities departments to arrange various office services.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
High School and Office Work or equivalent education. Less formal education may be compensated with documented long relevant experience.
Experience within the area of administration or document control.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc).
