The Company:

Their operations cover the entire energy chain, including oil exploration and production to trading, shipping and refining and marketing of petroleum products, as well as chemicals. The Role:
Conduct Candidate inductions.
Agree assessment plans with Candidates.
Assess Candidate competence in the workplace using defined methods of assessment in a fair and consistent manner.
Provide constructive feedback to Candidates.
Make recommendations on development needs following a not yet competent decision.
Complete all relevant paperwork and records of assessment.
Discuss disagreements with assessment decisions with Candidates as defined in the CAMS (Competence Assessment Management System) Appeals procedure.
Provide feedback to CAMS Management on competency profiles and their appropriateness.
Meet the requirements of the CAMS Assessment Strategy.
Participate fully in standardisation meetings.
Actively keep assessment and technical skills up to date.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Previous experience of assessing competence of senior asset managers (OIM, Production Superintendent, Maintenance & Integrity Superintendent, etc).
Formal Assessor/Verifier qualification.
Current offshore survival certification, medical, etc.
