Our Client is one of the world's largest Oil and Gas companies. Their operations cover the entire energy chain, including oil exploration and production to trading, shipping and refining and marketing of petroleum products, as well as chemicals. The Role:
This role provides technical support to the Asset Integrity team within the HSE & QI department of our client to ensure that the Company’s operated assets (including wells) remain in a safe working condition over their entire lifespan.

• Assist Integrity Engineers with:
- Preparing and reviewing works-copes for verification site visits, ensuring that work-scopes are aligned with the verification scheme.
- Pre-trip video conferences with each site to discuss and agree the operational verification scope.
- Reviewing site and onshore audit verification reports and providing feedback to Independent Competent Person (ICP), e.g. BV.
- Identifying and documenting impacted SCEs associated with Combined Operations (COMOPs) and ensure all required verification is completed.
- Monthly meetings with Operations department to review, follow-up and feed-back on outstanding verification findings.
- Reviewing and providing input to the quarterly verification presentations and annual reports.
• Progress with relevant parties any outstanding actions on operational findings to closure.
• Provide general operational support for verification.
• Organise monthly meetings with ICP to review outstanding minor modification verification findings.
• Review and approve minor modification work-scopes and reports.
• Check job books and provide feedback to ICP ahead of invoice submission.
• Generate hydrocarbon release dashboards.
• Assist Lead Asset Integrity Engineer with implementation of initiatives to reduce hydrocarbon releases.
• Liaise with other entities in the SHEQ&I Department for aspects of Asset Integrity which impact safety initiatives.
• Follow-up of other department audit actions.
• Track verification related departmental KPIs.
• Assist Lead Asset Integrity Engineering with monthly and quarterly Head Office asset integrity dashboards.
• Act as the focal point for the collation and publication of quarterly Asset Integrity dashboard, both in clients and for HQ.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety, health and environment through personal example.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• HND in a technical discipline along with relevant experience gained within integrity or other related discipline.
• Knowledge of Safety Case, DCR & PFEER and verification practices & systems.
• An understanding of maintenance/inspection systems, practices and techniques.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Fully proficient in the use of SAP for maintenance & materials & Stream.
• BOSIET & MIST - if not held, willingness and ability to gain relevant certification to enable ad-hoc offshore travel is required.
