The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer and is currently experiencing an upturn in production with demand increasing globally.

The Role:
 Coordinate and support product emergence process (PEP) documentation, timings and other associated activities across departmental stakeholders
 Coordinate and support the activities associated with technical change (model year updates, ‘running’ change, Flow-Cell-Meetings etc) across Aftersales and as part of a cross-
functional team
 Utilise existing tools, documents and reports to analyse proposed actions, and further improve these tools to achieve cost transparency and cost avoidance
 Understand ‘best practise’ across VW Group for role and establish continuous improvement activities
 Responsibility for ensuring that local Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed in order to ensure own safety and the safety of others.
 Daily liaison with MirrorServer2 provider and Volkswagen rollout co-ordinator.
 Coordination of weekly conference calls with Volkswagen rollout co-ordinator and Bentley rollout team.
 Organisation of weekly internal reviews including meeting minutes.
 Communication and IT data collection with Bentley dealer network.
 Correlation and Validation of IT data with Bentley IS department.
 Transmitting IT data along with BTAC box shipping plan to service provider to ensure timely delivery of hardware at the dealer side.
 Development of installation manual and all dealer communiqués related
 Communication of next generation diagnostic system (ODIS) license ordering process to dealer network.
 Monitoring Rollout progress of both systems and reporting to Volkswagen rollout team.
 Organisation and planning of rollout team’s itinerary for UK rollout.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
 Higher National Diploma in a Technical Discipline
 Previous experience within the automotive industry
 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
 Self-Starter and Entrepreneur in gaining information and develop process understanding
 Demonstrate attention to detail and influencing skills with the ability to prioritise
 Ability to react flexible in a fast-changing environment
 Delivery to deadlines
 Knowledge of Microsoft Access desirable
 BusinessObjects experience desirable
 German Language Skills desirable
 Knowledge of IT networks, DHCP and DNS desirable
