The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer and is currently experiencing an upturn in production with demand increasing globally.

The Role:
1. Maintain finance budget control systems within the Quality Analysis Centre.
2. Tracking and coordinating of departmental controls and First Line objectives.
3. Maintain Quality Analysis Centre quality reporting systems for tow-in.
4. Act as Process Advisor of the Quality Analysis Centre and fulfil all tasks related to quality
Management Quality System and TSI16949.
5. Diary management for Head of Department and travel coordination within the Quality Analysis Centre
and Laboratory.
6. Special tasks for the Head of Department and Senior Engineers.

Responsibility for ensuring that local Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed in order to
ensure own safety and the safety of others (Applicable to level 1-3).

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree or Business qualification preferred.
Advanced PC skills - Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Office.
Knowledge of the German language to provide translation support to the department
for both Verbal and Written.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Positive and self-motivated team player with experience of team working.
Ability to liaise at all levels within the organisation.
Excellent organisation and coordination skills.
Excellet communication skills at all levels.
Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise tasks.
