The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role

To provide a complete administration service for the Quality System, including the support for CoP, auditing and all supported systems.

Scope of the Role

- Support QS management team and provide assistance in relevant areas.
- Support internal audit team, to include audits, processes check, factory certification visits.
- Support systems team, to include various systems and end user support.
- Support CoP testing to include vehicle checks, witness testing, report co-ordination.
- Support emissions testing with onsite laboratory.
- Actively support and manage continual improvements for both Quality and local team.
- Coordinate site investment for Quality and facility changes.
- Coordinate various budgets and forecasts to include project investment.
- Prepare group reports.
- Support and assist with presentations and event preparation for various area.

Qualifications & Experience

- Business Qualification and internal auditing skills preferred.
- Any engineering experience is preferred/product experience.
- German language skills preferable.
- Financial planning and budgeting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Team Player.
- Flexible.
- Excellent coordinating and organisational skills.
