The Role:
JOB DIMENSIONS:
Provision of Technical support to the Maintenance & Inspection Department, comprising: Inspection, Mechanical, Instrumentation/Systems, Electrical and Services & Methods groups.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and carry out own work activities with little or no supervision.
• Make decisions with regards to own workload, identifying solutions to problems by seeking and obtaining necessary information or resources.
• Ensure a high standard of accuracy and efficiency at all times.
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvement where applicable.
• Regular and effective communication with discipline Engineers, GSOC and Management as required.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Prepare the Planned Maintenance Routine (PMR) look ahead, analyse the M&I program of following month, highlight potential conflicting issues on resources constraints (manpower, ad-hoc contractors).
• Organise and conduct the monthly PMR review meeting with Onshore Discipline Engineers and Site M&I organisation:
o Prepare and communicate the scheduled Routine PM for the following month.
o Organise pre-meeting review with Onshore Discipline Engineers.
o Ensure that all parties agree on the final list of work and vendor mobilisation.
o Ensure that the Deferral status is reviewed and actions planned to address all outstanding issues, including overdue and rejected deferrals.
o Prepare and issue meeting notes to reflect the PM and Deferral review between discipline engineers and site and ensure follow up is completed.
• Ensure the follow-up of PMR review meeting by participating in and challenging the resolution of outstanding actions and controlling its progress.
• Manage the Deferral register and continuously challenge its reduction with engineers and site to ensure adherence with HSE guidelines.
• Assist onshore/site M&I team in understanding M&I methods and SAP PM processes and advise them to make sure they operate and utilise the system to its best advantage.
• Provide daily support and mentoring to onshore/site M&I team in managing any SAP work, provide assistance for a better utilisation and enrichment of SAP, including UNISUP Inspection solution.
• Ensure the change control of SAP related queries, which includes:
o To implement functional and technical enhancement of PM master data to suit site and discipline requests related to operation, duration, manpower, work instruction.
o To manage major master data change request, including getting approval by TA’s (SCE related, linked to statutory requirement, frequency modification).
• Undertake regular review and analysis of the long term M&I planning and propose changes to benefit the work distribution with regards to resources constraints.
• Assist with the capturing and analysis of historical data. In particular enter measuring point data master and daily shortfall data.
• Asset contact for Material Request including New Stock Item (NSIR) and Direct Purchase Material (DPUR).
• BoM maintenance for equipment material master data and OG/OPS/MNT material issues.
• Audit quality and accuracy of data produced in SAP.
• Assess the needs for, audit and control the use of revision codes.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualified to ONC / HNC / HND level in a relevant Technical discipline or similar qualification.
Appropriate experience in the oil and gas industry.
Good written and oral communication, interpersonal skills.
Strong prioritisation, time management and organisational skills.
Good knowledge of standard office computer applications i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, graphics.
