The Role:
• Reporting to the Drawing Office team lead, provide high quality computer-aided technical drawing services to the UK Upstream business with particular emphasis on engineering drawings, safety materials and geoscience presentations using a variety of industry standard tools.
• Update and edit miscellaneous UK Upstream business drawings, schematics and graphical displays as required.
• Quality check work submitted by other team members and external sources.
• Adopt our Client's drawing office processes and procedures in all aspects of the work.
• Assist in the generation and enhancement of support materials for exploration licence round applications.
• Provide support for image format management to the UK Upstream business.
• Attending team meetings and provide metrics and reports as required.
• Adherence to our Client's values (Safety, People, Integrity, Responsibility, Innovation and Teamwork).

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
 A demonstrable competence in a wide-range of computer-aided technical drawing and desktop publishing packages including recent experience with some or all of the following: AutoCAD, Microstation, Illustrator and Photoshop.
 Understanding of document control practices with familiarity of Sharepoint and/or LiveLink would be useful.
 Proficiency in Projectwise (Drawing Management) will be a distinct advantage as will a basic level of competence in ArcGIS or similar graphical information applications.
 Previous experience with preparing geoscience presentations would be an advantage.
 Knowledge of Smartplant software and/or Smart drawings would also be an advantage but not essential.
 Experience within a UK Upstream Oil & Gas operator is preferred.
 Keyboard literacy with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word is essential.
