The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Responsible for handling technical marketing for Polyurethanes, ensuring client satisfaction and technical quality of products, as well as identifying and developing opportunities for new products and applications.
1. Ensure that product quality and performance standards meet customer needs and expectations.
2. Receive customer specification requests, prepare statistical studies for customers, and set benchmarks pertaining to performance testing.
3. Perform customer satisfaction evaluation through formal evaluation procedures and ad-hoc customer feedback and reviews and recommend areas for improvement and corrective action accordingly.
4. Identify opportunities for new application development and participate in feasibility studies and product development activities.
5. Participate in the development of technical marketing agreements with third party technical marketing providers.
6. Participate in the process of introducing new applications to target customers.
7. Coordinate customer EH&S issues with business product stewards within the client.
8. Participate in responding to emerging EH&S regulations under the guidance of EH&S department.
9. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
