The Role:
-Reporting to the Head of Technology Products, and working closely with the delivery manager, product managers and technical team leads, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a long term plan and backlog, as a single source of truth which business and technical teams can use to review current and future development activity.

-You will be involved in the development lifecycle, from high level strategy, through to estimation, scheduling and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with product managers and product marketing teams to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement
-Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritised backlog of user stories
-Work with project managers and technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles
-Work with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are developing great features for our customers
-Motivate and inspire the development teams to deliver innovative solutions with the appropriate understanding of priority
-Develop appropriate detailed specifications for product features so that they're clearly understood by the development teams
-Act as a product guru for development teams, and as the primary technical contact for questions related to the product
-Work with all key stakeholders to ensure successful and timely product releases

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience and Qualifications:
-Managing multiple stakeholders
-Understanding and mediating the tensions between development process and business delivery needs
-Familiar working in an Agile development environment involving multiple interdependent teams and multi-layered enterprise software
-Working knowledge of key
-Agile concepts (such as burndown, story points, retrospectives)
-Capturing and distilling down complex requirements expressed as user stories and acceptance tests
-Communicating about features in business, product or technical terms
-Skilled at chairing cross-function meetings
-Able to write brief, clear, focused and comprehensive reports

-About you Organized and methodical approach to work, but flexible and adaptable to change
-Understand the value and practice of capturing requirements as tests
-Friendly and collaborative manner, but ready to be assertive when required
-Fast learning and able to hit the ground running Strong communication skill
