The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role
• To support the Project Leader in all coordinating activities in delivering various Projects (such as meetings, travel and support during pre-series builds).
• To assist the department in all aspects of the project delivery, including the generation and development and monitoring of all project documentation
• To prepare, manage and distribute presentations and documentation such as Agendas, Minutes, KPI’s and Timing Plans required for successful delivery of the department’s projects
• Monitor project progress against the company Product Emergence Process.
• To maintain accurate, comprehensive and accessible filing systems of all department documentation.

Scope of the Role
• Support the a number of concurrent Projects in all aspects of the delivery, including assisting in the facilitation of cross-functional meetings, creating Agendas, Minutes, Timing Plans and following up open actions
• Assist in creation and management of all project specific documentation
• Create, manage and distribute project relevant KPI’s.
• Support project technical reviews, Supplier meetings and other project specific cross functional reviews, reporting back to the Project Leader with status updates where necessary.

Qualifications and Experience
• Interest / Experience in the Luxury Automotive Sector
• Experience or interest in Project Management
• Good communication skills – able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Able to work independently.
• Experience in creating and handling project management documentation
• Must be able to create, modify and manage Word, Excel and PowerPoint Documentation.
• Good Influencing skills and experience of working with external suppliers / stakeholders.
• Ability to create and manage visual Project timing plans in a range of formats.
• BoM knowledge and understanding of forward sourcing process.
• Business Studies qualification is an advantage
• Engineering Qualification is an advantage
• Basic understanding of German Language is an advantage.
