The Company:

The Role:
Delivery of Catcher FPSO Facilities Technical Safety Engineering in accordance with approved Baseline scope, budget and schedule components

Responsible for:
•Providing project facilities technical safety discipline input.
•Facilitating input and liaison with Piping and Layout Engineer regarding layout options and optimisation.
•Facilitating input and liaison with Lead Process Engineer regarding process configuration, inventories, isolations, HP/LP interfaces and hazard management.
•Facilitating input and liaison with Production Operations Representative regarding safety of operations, maintenance and repair.
•Facilitating input and liaison with all engineering disciplines to ensure current facilities related legislation and good practice are identified and implemented.
•Quality of PFEER studies, QRAs, Hazops, Hazids, flare radiation and exhaust/vent plume studies.
•Implementing all applicable project management processes and tools.
•Reporting project progress and issues.
•Contract and Technical management of applicable suppliers, vendors and contractors.
•Implementing Change and Decision Management.
•Implementing HS&E and Quality requirements.
•Providing input to Risk Management process and managing relevant mitigation strategies.
•Managing technical interfaces with other disciplines and Operations.
•Liaise with and manage any HSE, IVB, and CS requirements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Higher Qualification in an Engineering Discipline and preferably Chartered Status.
Experience working on offshore UKCS projects and operations in a technical safety engineering capacity.
Experience working in detailed design capacity for offshore UKCS Installations.
Experience working as a supervisor or lead engineer for UKCS projects for project execution phase.
