The Company:
Our client is the world leader in the supply of electroplating chemicals and equipment

The Role:
1. Ensure to achieve sales target and sales development as annual plan
2. Responsible for product line under responsibilities and as assigned.
3. Manage existing customer and find new customer to achieve sales target as assigned.
4. Ensure that all customer processes from company is performing to the customer satisfaction in terms of quality and efficiency including cost control.
5. Implement the continuous process improvement to meet or exceed customer expectation in term of quality and efficiency.
6. Provide timely, thorough and professional response to any existing problem in the customer process.
7. Responsible to conduct introduction of new products to customer including training and presentation.
8. Responsible for all technical communication between all company department and customer, attend all required technical meeting and communicate activities to appropriate person and all information from other regions, product specialist, etc. must be approved by the product marketing manager before being given to the customer.
9. Provide technical support and share information among sales team
• - Provide technical assistance
• - Help run chemical trials
• - Provide competitor information
• - Discover opportunities
10. Recommend quality or process improvement measure to immediate superior.
11. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Graduated in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Electroplating or related field
• 0-2 years experiences in sales or technical support in chemical industry
• Computer Literacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well as technical or business writing
• Have an own car and be able to work up-country
• Planning & execution, problem solving skill and result oriented
• Good interpersonal skill and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Self-motivated, good team player and sense of urgency
• Customer service oriented and services minded
• Good practical, analytical and laboratory skill
• Be able to work under pressure with tight deadline
