The Role:
Plan, Execute and Carry out business development activities to deliver agreed budgets, sales volumes, value.
Maintain and strengthen key accounts relationships and handle day to day commercial activities.
Gather market information and generate a new lead and explore a new opportunity.
Collaborate with customer service, supply chain & operation, technical service, as well as platform team in order to deliver and bring out an exceptional service satisfaction to the customers.
Assist in Innovation & Commercial projects

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or MBA or Msc
Minimum 3 - 5 years; in Technical, Sales & Marketing
Experience in the polyurethanes business- related to Adhesive, Coating and elastomer, a direct experience with Flex packaging is a plus.
Proficient in written and spoken English having a good communication skill.
Great personality - influencer and result driven
Fluent in English/Thai communication
