Technical Sales Officer

The Role:
• Provide technical supports to the customers and prospects in order to increase the commercial performance of the company
• Solve quality related complaints in order to increase the satisfaction level of the customers
• Arrange the informative technical trainings to increase the awareness about the main factors effecting on quality performance
• Benchmark of the constituent materials to create strong sales argumentations
• Meet the customer’s needs by development of new products and services
• Support to develop new products and services according to the market needs
• Arrange all product certificates/reports required by the market
• Tight collaboration with influencers (i.e. specifies, architects, universities, institutes, official bodies, independent laboratories)
• Support of marketing activities
• Systematic visit customers, prospects and existing or new projects with Sales & Marketing Department team
• Identify the unmet needs (i.e. through study of the project and specifications);
• Support to develop the final solution (i.e. mix design optimization or development, application advice, product testing, on site testing, new product)
• Stay alerted to react immediately on any quality related complaint received from the customers through Marketing and Sales Departments
• The process consists of the several steps: visit the complainer; define the problem, analyse the root cause, develop the solution plan, implement the best solution, get the customer feedback - close the complaint.
• Support to determine the target group (with CCO, Sales & Marketing Department);
• Support to determine the current level of the technical knowledge of the target audience
• Support to develop a training plan (i.e. number, duration, topics, method, necessity for the assessment tests in order to evaluate the existing technical knowledge level and the gaps).
• Conduct the trainings
• Support to carry out the assessment test to identify the improvement of the knowledge and the effectiveness of the training;
• Monitor the market with regard to new products (raw materials for concrete and mortar production)
• Responsible for development of the annual plan for the raw materials benchmarking
• Responsible for the improvement of the product and technical service portfolio according to the market needs
• Study the requirements of the product and concrete standards available in the market in order to actively promote the products(Study and monitor market on recent trends (i.e. new standards, guidelines), develop a proposal for product/service certification (i.e. cost, advantages, benefits), arrange the certificates
• Builds good relationships with the influencers, specifies, architects, universities, institutes, official bodies, independent laboratories
• Participate in the promotion activities (i.e. events, conferences and exhibitions) to promote Company’s products and services
• Provide technical information to Marketing for promotion and advertisement campaigns and periodically update the technical information (i.e. in leaflets, brochures, web-sites, banners).
• Strive to develop and enhance all our support services in our customers' interests and distinguish ourselves from the competitors by creating more value for the customers
• Provide professional advice on all aspects of product and concrete technology

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•Fresh graduates from civil engineering/ concrete engineering /chemistry engineering faculty (education abroad will be preferred)
•Communication skills
•Customer focused
•Presentation skills
•MS Office programs use skills
•Fluent Azeri, English and Russian, other languages are advantage.
