The Role:
Lead, drive and formulate a value selling sales plan and strategies by enhancing margin through technical sales selling proposition of the products and build technical sales capability to ensure maximum sustainable returns and business growth of the portfolio in line with marketing strategies.
Job scope will include:
1) Technical Sales Strategy
2) Product Accreditation
3) Product Development
4) Strategic Customer/ Account Management
5) Pricing and Contract Negotiation

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree in Technical Field
At least 20 years working experience with specific knowledge in Fertilisers.
