The Role:
Nationality: Thai
Location : Bangkok

• Actively identify, create, and implement business proposals for customers to improve the operation and efficiency of the whole operational line through benchmarking.
• Drive long term manufacturing operational development plans based on the analysis and understanding of customer productivity improvement projects.
• Secure delivery of the operational improvement service products and broad service offers reaching both company’s financial and customer relationship objectives.
• Ensure that customer improvement projects are managed and coordinated in an effective manner so that agreed targets and deadlines are met.
• Develop Technical Service business by creating and communicating awareness of the need to thoroughly understand operational performance and improvement opportunities.
• Collect and develop case studies of improvement activities, to ensure that key learning is captured including making supporting materials to aid the future deployment of the productivity improvement methodology, tools, and products or nsolutions.
• Coordinate with a global and regional network of the productivity improvement expertise, to ensure that Thailand company can localize global knowledge base.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree or higher degree of Science or Engineering.
• At least 5 years experience from commercial engineering from Food industry will be an advantage.
• Computer literacy on MS office based and comfort in using cost calculation software tools.
• Proficiency in English.
