The Company:
Leading food processing and packaging solutions company is looking for candidates to fill a role in their office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The Role:
Position Reports to: Regional System Issue Manager

Primary objective:
• Play the leading role as Technical Services System Issue Team Leader, to drive a standardized process framework and high quality of work across the cluster (SAEAO).
• Manage and motivate effectively a physical and virtual team based spread across Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Australia, Japan and South Korea.
• Be the key advisor for the team to lead and drive process improvement, and ensure high turnaround, ensure quality of data and standardization of the Technical Issue and Claim Management Processes.
• Drive implementation of Containment Solutions for machines.

Key responsibilities
• Lead the diverse Issue Analyst Team to monitor and capture the Technical Issue created and its status.
• Monitor and highlight the consolidated issue backlog, handle escalations and provide solutions advisory to the team.
• Lead the consistent application of global standards, processes and tools.
• Monitor and derive support centre’s function, competence and performance.
• Monitor the progress of Claims recovery and drive for good recovery result.
• Ensure containment solutions are implemented timely/proactively; provide evaluation and feedback of containment solutions to the global team.
• Monitor and share the key performance dashboard with the management and other colleagues in the cluster in a timely manner.
• Lead, develop and manage the team according to the global standards.
• Lead implementation of plans to engage and build a highly motivated team.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

Required experience & qualifications:
• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines
(Finance, Engineering, etc)
• Experience and success as a team manager, with capacity to effectively manage a diverse team based across the region
• Experience managing a virtual team is an advantage


Required knowledge & skills:
• Knowledge and experience of Manufacturing Process, relevant to Company’s business would be advantageous but not a requirement
• Good knowledge and dexterity in numbers, good sense of financial accounting or claims
• Highly motivated to be a successful people leader
• A high level of communication skills, and a high level of proficiency in English is required to perform the role (given the need to liaise internationally on the basis of Written and Spoken English)
• High level of computer literacy especially with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Knowledge in SAP is
