The Role:
The Technical Services Manager will manage the service delivery from the planning phase into operations, providing full contract services to observe and ensure the best resources are applied to each regional location.

The position is accountable for ensuring all governance, reporting, KPIs and continuous improvement objectives are delivered and achieved

Key responsibilities:

• Manage, review and deliver a portfolio of contracts, each valued between $100m-$150m including variance and leakage analysis
• Lead a team to deliver workforce planning and analysis
• Direct continuous improvement initiatives across various service lines
• Manage sub-contractors and ensure delivery is performed in accordance with agreed scope of works
• Incorporate and align core business processes to ensure operational standards are achieved across each of the services and regions
• Create tools, systems and operating standards to ensure services are delivered consistently across all regions


This full time role is based out of Perth, with some travel to site expected.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications and experience for the role:


- Relevant experience in a similar technical services delivery of Facilities Management & Maintenance projects (ideally 10 years+)
- Experience in outcome based contracting
- Experience in managing and driving performance with subcontractors
- Proven experience with managing P&L accounts ($100 million+ ideally)
- Proven ability & experience to plan, resource and implement operating standards across multiple services
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage continuous improvement and change
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Tertiary Qualifications in or relevant discipline (project management, lean/six sigma)
