The Company:
Our client is a leading global oil and gas operating company.

The Role:
The duties of the Administrative Assistant include:

- Meeting scheduling and preparations.
- Travel and accommodation requirements.
- Conference organisations.
- Capturing meeting notes and actions.
- Invoicing.
- Analysing key items of data or reports and identifying/ transposing key messages.
- Reviewing and updating excel spreadsheets – transfer of large Excel data.
- Communication presentation development.
- Developing appropriate meeting support material.
- Updating databases and sharepoint sites and monitoring membership.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

- Proven bias for action.
- Ability to deliver within challenging deadlines.
- Ability to deal with and prioritise multiple activities.
- High level of self-motivation and skill in personal time management
- Ability to work as part of a team and with other areas of the business.
- Ability to work effectively within broad guidelines with limited supervision.
- Ability to communicate at all levels in the organisation.
- Necessary excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Self starter, able to manage a varied workload, both by nature and timelines in which to deliver.
- Excellent team player with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Desire to simplify processes in order to concentrate on value add activities.
- Ability to quickly grasp requirements, develop and propose solutions and implement the agreed solution.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5 years of relatable experience
