The Role:
Role:
Provide technical support on low voltage product ranges and their applications:

Key Responsibilities and duties:
Answer phone/email enquiries in a timely manner
Organise and run training for customers and internal staff
Complete product or process improvement projects
Attend training to develop relevant skills to fulfil the role through E-learning program
Work in accordance with QHSE requirements and the Companies Ethics Code of Conduct

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
BTEC/NVQ3/Electrical Engineering or similar
Customer orientation
Must be able to work independently when necessary, but also work within and contribute to the team culture
Must be able to create training courses, present it and check effectiveness

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
A working knowledge of electrical switchgear will be advantageous but not mandatory as full training will be given
