The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Working for a prestigious automotive manufacturer, this position reports to the Dealer Support Manager in aftersales and supports dealers with technical advice and direction, using an electronic interface, on how best to investigate and resolve customer/vehicle concerns. The role is to support dealers through to full fix of problem vehicles and could result in attendance at dealerships to conduct hands-on diagnosis and repair. The role includes shift working and possible unsociable hours and there will be occasional travel, including possible overseas travel across Europe.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Previous customer relations experience preferred, ideally an experienced Automotive Technician with experience of accurate diagnosis and logical problem solving skills, experience of working to challenging targets and tight deadlines

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Fluent German language skills
Educated to a degree level or equivalent experience - desirable
PC skills Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Access
Excellent trouble shooting skills and tenacity to resolve problems - essential
