The Role:
The support team for each cluster consists of a Technical Support Supervisor; several support engineers
and a planner. The support engineers from the onshore support team give technical support and
assistance to the offshore organisation.
Each team consists of various disciplines:

- Electrical & Instrumentation
- Mechanical
- Construction
- (Planning)

The Technical Support Supervisor coordinates all support activities (covering all focus areas).

Main duties
Organizational / technical management of the support engineers team, distribute work and coordinate all department activities
Lead, manage, develop, coach and review performance of the support team, as required
Ensuring the quality of planning input and signaling potential problems related to the planning
Locate failure causes based on input from the technical colleagues / contractors offshore
Development of all activities in work schedules, material requirements and specialized contractors
Preparing, organizing and coordinating regulatory inspections and technical work
Identify (potential) deviations from planning and activities, make suggestions for improvements
Keep track of the maintenance system and generate the execution orders / work orders
Monitor outstanding work, high light deviations from set KPI’s and address actions for improvement
Ensure a uniform work method across all clusters

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Candidate should have a BSc technical degree or equal working experience in production and/or maintenance operations
Strong safety culture and strongly regulated operational environment. Must be familiar with Dutch health & safety regulations
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a multinational environment in the E&P business
Proven leadership skills
Strong knowledge of production and/or maintenance operations
Good communication skills
Recognized as a team player
Working knowledge of the Dutch and English language in both written and verbal skills is essential
