The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our Client is looking for a Technical Training Coordinator for an 18 month fixed-term contract. This position sits within HR, but will liaise predominantly with the offshore division, so technical knowledge is highly desirable.

Reporting into the Senior Competency Advisor for Commissioning, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Support the implementation of the competency and training plan for the Offshore Project Commissioning teams, focusing on critical and essential competencies and training.
• Evaluate training and its effectiveness for the company.
• Liaise with external contractor parties for training and competency related enquiries.
• Maintain the learning and competency catalogue (e.g. create course sessions, update and record competencies, book and cancel training).
• Schedule and coordinate business and technical training for Offshore personnel.
• Manage training records and produce reports as required.
• Provide administrative support and assistance to training facilitators.
• Plan and schedule internal and external service provider activities.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar position
• Experience in coordinating training in the Oil & Gas industry (desirable).
• Experience in developing, coordinating and delivering training that is aligned to the AQTF standards.
• Experience in working within a Registered Training Organisation (desirable).
• Experience in SAP myLearning and myCapability systems experience (highly desirable).
• Experience in building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a matrix reporting structure.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use project manage tasks against priorities.
