The Company:
Our Client oversees and manages all the operations associated with major LNG projects.

The Role:
Technical editing and management of all SHE&Q controlled documents and publications.
Liaises with SHE&Q Documentation Focal Point Network (DFPN) and SMEs during procedure development.
Facilitates and trains DFPN on procedure templates, documentation principles, update of existing documents and expected writing standards.
Maintains progress tracking spread sheets and stewardship reports as required . Advises SMEs on documentation principles, scope of documents and interface with existing or planned documentation.
Reports to SHE Leadership Team on progress in documentation .
Oversees work of technical assistant to format documents
Facilitates the analysis of compliance with requirements as documents are updated

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Higher National Diploma in technical subject.
5-10 year's experience in technical editing capacity within oil & gas (or similar) industry.
Excellent communicator and command of English language.
Proficient user of Microsoft software, and other intranet based software applications.
Experience in working with in a multi-national environment.
Expert knowledge in documentation management systems.
Knowledge of development of SHE&Q procedures desirable.
