The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate competency with sub vendor management, have a track record of working well with customers and end users during the design, engineering and delivery phases of projects.

This role will require the successful candidate to lead a design and engineering team with resources based locally and globally
This role will possibly require the successful candidate to work in Turkey or India as the project requires.
Provides a support role on larger projects.
Responsible for guiding the technical contribution from teams of engineers and designers and for routine design quality and approval.
Manages smaller projects where the definition has generally been provided by others.

Experience with designing the following systems:
Security Systems
PAGA
Radio Systems
Data and voice telephone systems
DWDM

**UK residency required**

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
EPC Telecoms systems engineering experience essential

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Typically degree qualified and progressing towards Chartered Engineer status with up to 5 years experience in role/function or HNC/HND qualified with over 10 years relevant experience.
