The Company:
Our Client is a major FPSO owner/operator who also designs and supplies innovative Mooring and Transfer Systems for clients worldwide.
The Role:
Reporting to the General Accounting Supervisor within our Aberdeen office.
Objective is the administration of all UK companies purchase invoices and bank entries, ensuring financial procedures are adhered to.
Responsibilities will include registering, coding and checking all base purchase invoices, ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained. Controlling weekly supplier payment runs. Maintaining the financial systems with all relevant suppliers’ information. Processing of bank receipts and payments, and monthly reconciliation for administration companies. Providing other accounting support as directed by senior members of team.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Educated to A level/higher grade
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Experience of Excel spreadsheets
