The Company:
Our Client's subsea expertise is based on more than 75 years of design, installation, and manfacturing of subsea equipment, control systems and related products/ services. Service to the Oil & Gas industry began in the 1920s.

The Role:
Logging and scheduling of all incoming Pre-Qualification requests, RFQs and ITTs.
Review and co-ordination of response to ITTs.
Ensure that Instructions to Tenderer as specified in the enquiry are followed.
Ensure that contact is established with Contracts and Commercial to review Terms and Conditions of all tenders.
Collating the tendering documents, whether electronically or paper copies, in a presentable manner for client.
The preparation/review of the tender document, including sense checking and proof reading as required.
Follow up the progress of submitted bids with the Tender Managers.
Co-ordinate response to clarification activities.
Issue regular reports on tender status as required.
Opening of charge codes for specific bids.
Act as focal point for the Xait system for the UK.
Act as focal point for the AK UK Tendering SharePoint site and maintenance of this site.
Assist with client studies and CTRs.
Maintain and review job codes for each bid and ensure that these codes are closed and transferred where possible.
In addition to the above duties listed, the jobholder is required to perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Strategic Sourcing and Frame Agreements process experience.
Relevant Supply Chain experience.
Project Management experience preferred.
Business Degree Preferred or equivalent.
Technical / Engineering Qualification Preferred.
IT Literate.
Good Communication Skills.
Team Player.
Drive and Enthusiasm.
Excellent verbal skills.
Ability to lead, motivate and develop diverse staff.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
Excellent analytical skills.
Superior business communication skills.
