The Role:
Description

We are looking for an experienced testing support resource with proven testing skills, as well as good communication skills, energy and/or logistics operational background, and a great team attitude. This role will serve as a Testing Support resource within the Teleios team. The Testing Support resource is responsible for supporting UAT and regression testing efforts for the business across multiple releases. The Testing support resource will also support other team members in requirements, training, support, communications, and performance analytics.
Required skills:
• Must have experience and repeated success in testing efforts throughout the SDLC
• Must possess strong communications skills, both written and verbal
• Must display excellent interpersonal skills and be able to clearly communicate with various user and technical communities
• Must have experience with HPQC and Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to adapt and exhibit professionalism within team, with management, and with clients
• Must remain focused on delivery, minding timelines, requirements, and budgets
• Must be willing to travel occasionally to offshore locations, if needed
Accountabilities are:
• Leverage technical and business experience to support the planning, development, and execution of UAT and regression test cases across multiple releases
• Maintain test cases in centralized tool (most likely HPQC)
• Leverage HPQC to ensure test cases are written tied to requirements
• Ensure test cases are clearly understood by technical and business teams
• Run test cases/scripts
• Report testing results and support disposition and resolution decisions
• Support Testing SME to achieve program testing goals
• Assist testers for UAT and (if needed) regression testing efforts
• Support project management, plans, and processes
• Ensure support of logistics processes, systems, and personnel
• Attend required meetings and provide updates
• Participate in activities that expand your functional and technical expertise
• Develop solid understanding of the business concepts and capabilities of the iLogistics system
• Be self-motivated, team player, positive attitude, and willingness to contribute and resolve issues
