The Company:
A major Oil & Gas Operator with extensive projects in the Caspian Region.

The Role:
Kazakhstan Residents Only
Develops and maintains equipment asset registry, along with inspection, testing and maintenance schedules. Responsible for ensuring all facilities are inspected and maintained in accordance with governmental regulations, requirements and / or good engineering practice.
Reviews inspection, NDT, testing and other integrity related reports. Ensures that adequate records and documents are initiated and maintained for inspection, maintenance and repairs.
Performs technical assessments based on equipment inspection and testing results and initiates repair recommendations to correct any discovered deficiencies.
Manages and coordinates contractors to perform inspection, testing and integrity activities.
Works with limited supervision.
Provides budget requirements for inspection and planning for asset integrity.
Performs functional reviews for Management of Change Requests.
Liaises with Reliability Engineering Subject Matter Experts and RoK authorities for equipment inspection, maintenance and repair.
Monitors integrity activities for compliance with RoK regulations, industry best practice and specifications.
Where required provides integrity support for new projects..
Additional responsibilities as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Have advanced knowledge of current RoK regulations pertaining to fixed equipment, electrical equipment, fire detectors and lifting equipment, along with current industry best practices.
Have advanced knowledge of inspection, maintenance and repair practices.
Have good computer skills in MS Office suite. Have experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems such as SAP, MAXIMO or JDE E1. Have a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Have the ability to perform confined space entry and work from heights off of elevated platforms and ladders. Have the ability to work in various environmental conditions; out of doors in inclement weather.
Have good communication skills, both written and oral.
Fluent in English.
