The Company:
Our client is an international oil & gas operator.

The Role:
MISSIONS
• To assist TLP-FPU Deputy Control Leader in the execution of his duties pertaining to Contracts and claim
management and administration.
• To provide guidance / support to FPU and TLP contracts engineers in the implementation of Key Contract
processes and mechanisms and to ensure the quality, consistency and efficiency of same.

ACTIVITIES
Main activities:
• Provide support to Package Contracts engineer in the implementation of Contract processes and
mechanisms:
- review of COI evaluation / COR with the support of all relevant parties (technical leads);
- Change Order meetings;
- Identification of potential claims or negative change orders (incl. Backcharges);
- Administration of contractual documentation (certificates, MIWRA);
- Formal communications with Contractors (Letters, notifications, Field memo, instructions...).
• Provide support to the Deputy FPU-TLP Control Lead for the management and resolution of claims
• Upon request, manage Contract bidding and signing processes (preparare, launch consultation, clarify &
negotiate, contracts preparation & signature...) in accordance with project procedures during project
execution
• Ensure proper administration of the following contracts:
- TTR (Top tensioned Riser) engineering contract;
- TTR Purchase Orders (with Deputy TLP manager and Riser lead engineer located in Houston);
- Procurement and fabrication of grillage (with local fabrication supervisor).
• Ensure that all internal/external approvals are obtained before any external commitments (Change orders,
contracts...)
HSE missions:
- To support and enforce the HSE project objectives and directives;
- To support and implement the project HSE management system;
- To organize and follow-up the HSE training according to job position.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• 15 years mini in Oil & Gas projects familiar with deep offshore project (floaters and deepwater installation in
particular).
• The candidate will be experienced in the detailed administration of contracts for major EPC contracts related
to offshore facilities. Experience with Korean shipyards (DSME, HHI) will be appreciated.
• Sound experience, Engineer level or equivalent.
• Fluent English (French will be appreciated).
