• Ensure at all times a High Standard for Safety, Quality and Performance to ensure company’s targets are met. • Serve as a Technical Specialist for Subsea Wells Equipment. • Demonstrate the ability to work within the framework of company’s Operating and Management System (OMS) • Manage and ensure compliance with company and industry standards • Integrate with other Team members and Vendors during equipment Site Integration Testing (SIT), Site Receipt Testing (SRT), Pre-Deployment Testing (PDP) and Offshore installations. • Day to day leadership and management of the onshore contractor support network. • Interface closely with other company functions and disciplines within the AGT Subsea Wells Team to ensure all equipment, interfaces and procedures are available and compliant with company requirements. • Co-ordinate with and assist other GSH team members to address situations where QA/QC has identified non-compliances and ensure suitable solutions • Interface closely with Vendors/Suppliers to ensure equipment is available for installation in accordance with rig schedules. • Ensure documentation prepared for formal hand over of equipment to company. • Ensure accurate cost control and reporting • Participate in regular audits/reviews and Incident Investigations in relation to discipline. • Be responsible for the documented close out of Lessons Learned, Vendor/equipment related audits and support the Operational Teams on all audit close out actions as required. • Management and acceptance of Vendor KPI’s • Lead FMECA(Failure Modes effects and Critical • Develop company Nationals into supporting roles

In addition to the essential qualifications, the successful candidate is likely to be able to demonstrate:
- An Associate’s Degree or higher or equivalent technical training.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Present or former employment in a technical position which may include mechanics, hydraulics, electrical and/or construction.
- Experience in an industry sponsored apprenticeship, e.g., electrical trades.
- Oil and gas industry experience.
- Military experience.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Mechanical or engineering degree / HND
• Engineering or Industry Related Qualification • Minimum 10-15 years Industry experience in supporting Subsea Well Drilling and Completion Operations with a strong background in QA/QC and Aftermarket Operations. • Previous experience as Workshop Manager. • Compilation of Project and Activity Planning Schedules • Familiar with Industry Standards related to Subsea Equipment Manufacture and Repair. • Experience of developing and implementation of procedures and work instructions • Familiar with Subsea Horizontal XMT systems ,Installation Work over Control System ( IWOCS) , Subsea Control Modules (SCM) and Completion Landing Strings(CLS) • Familiar with Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) Tooling and Interfaces • Current Offshore Medical & Survival Certificates • Supervisory Experience • Fluent in written, spoken, reading English

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Engineering Degree/HND • Aptitude to innovate and be open to new ideas, networking and global technical knowledge sharing. • Knowledge of Subsea construction activities, including: jumper installation, survey techniques. • Experience in leading HAZID/HAZOP sessions • Facility Audit experience
