The Role:
The principle focus of the role will be to act as a focal point between the Asset operations team, the integrity advisor and our integrity management contractor.

Direct responsibilities include.

• Development, management and execution of the topside Risk based integrity management plan.
• Management of inspection execution and plan delivery, direct management of the offshore inspection team and supporting inspection contractors
• Management of Integrity and inspection budgeting and cost control.
• Develop and manage the corrosion loop / circuit based integrity management strategies. Keeping these strategies live and evergreen as inspection data and plant operating conditions change
• Management of the anomaly management program and oversight of fitness for service evaluations
• Liaising with facilities engineering Project team to ensure and facilitate Anomaly remediation planning.
• Liaising with the Chemical management focal point to integrate corrosion monitoring, fluid sampling and chemical dosing compliance KPIs into the topside pressure system integrity strategies.

To undertake this role I think we will need the following competencies.

• Minimum of Bachelor of engineering degree in a relevant engineering discipline such as oil and gas process system management, integrity, chemical, corrosion or mechanical engineering
• +10 years’ experience of Risk based process system integrity management
• +10 years’ experience of oil and gas process system management
• Good working knowledge of process plant inspection, NDE inspection techniques.
• Good Working knowledge of API 580, 581, 579, 570, 510, 520, 576 ASME B31.3, 16.1, ASME VIII
• Good working knowledge of Integrity database management / development
• Good working knowledge of quantitative risk assessment
• Requires regular travel to Equatorial Guinea (about one to two weeks every two to three months minimum).
